This post is a look back to our Aligner course on 17-18 November 2023.
Once again, we were at the Hyatt Regency hotel to host this course. Against the backdrop of the University of Manchester, this really was the ideal venue with excellent facilities and really great access.
We had delegates come from all over the country, from Leeds to London. As always, we have maintained a small number of delegates for our aligner course. Not only does this guarantee individual attention, it means that delegates feel safe to engage, ask questions and ensure their specific learning needs are met. Engaging with each other is how we learn best, and it was great to see my colleagues absorbing knowledge and helping each other.

To optimise learning, we believe in optimising the learning environment... so we have a relaxed space, with couches and comfortable seating, complimentary drinks all day, as well as lots of snacks and a hot lunch. Our course is an exclusion zone for cold sandwiches and crisps!
Not to mention the evening meal... Our delegates didn't just come for this aligner course, or the hands on IPR session, or the practical bonded retainer session... we also took them out for an amazing meal at Fazenda Manchester where they could relax, eat and get to network with each other a little better.
